The location of the property was exceptional. There are so many amenities nearby, from restaurants, shopping malls, public markets, and easy access to public transport. The resident is also located in a very secure and safe sub division with 24-hour gated security. Also, Sylvia, our host, was very accommodating. She was just a call or a text away, and she would help you out with anything. She also lived nearby, so it was very convenient.

The villa was clean & tidy with a great shower. Beds were comfortable and for a change, the pillows were great. The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. I'll definitely be back.

We had a great time at the property, it was very clean and we were comfortable the entire time. The owner and the staff were exceptional and very helpful when booking and throughout the stay. It is such a beautiful property and we specifically enjoyed all the paintings. We will definitely re-book if we are ever back in Bacolod.

Great location and spacious for kids. Facilities around the area was also accessible - close to the club house which was a swimming pool that you can use for a small fee. 24/7 Security for the compound and outside the compound you can find laundromat, gym and good morning coffee.

Feels like a home not a hotel you have the whole house to yourself. Safe Neighborhood secured we were able to walk around every morning great friendly people around their dogs are kept in leach and caged. Wifi is great but no Tv channels no netflix or anything. We also love how they've decorated the house with Christmas lights and trees. Overall very welcoming and the neighborhood is clean and safe.
