Everything was lovely! The villas were beautifully located, stylishly furnished and full of all amenities! They were even more luxurious than we expected honestly! We loved the view, the jacuzzi, the hammock and the telescope. There even was a fire-pit with swing chairs - it was an amazing experience overall. Sleeping under the stars in the glass dome was also a bit like a fairytale, especially during the Perseid meteor shower - we highly recommend! The staff were also incredibly helpful - they were very sweet from the very beginning, but to top it off our car broke down upon leaving and they went way beyond anything we expected to make us feel comfortable and help us find a solution. The lady contacted local mechanics to try to find someone on a Sunday, offered us to stay after check-out in the villas to wait comfortably and even treated us water and snacks to keep us hydrated. 11 out of 10 stars for the outstanding hospitality!

I attended a conference and my sister and I stayed in the apartment for 6 nights. ( ~ at the end of June 2023 ) A very kind family operates the rental apartment (they live in the same building) and they treated us almost like family member. If we had any requests, they tried to solve them. The apartment is right on the river bank and you can enjoy the pleasant gurgling of the water (I really liked this) but if anyone finds it disturbing, this can be eliminated by closing the balcony door. The central tourist district with numerous restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. I also really liked the city, and I will likely return here. The internet has a relatively very good upload speed, and I did not experience any problems during online conference conversations. (I tested it) One thing to be prepared for: not every member of the host's family speaks English, so sometimes you may have to communicate using Google translator. However, this was not a problem in our case. With lots of smiles, goodwill, and kindness, every problem can be solved. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The facilities were very good and it was extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and despite the cold weather it was very warm inside. The TV had all the albanian channels and it was very good to watch our shows.
