Well equipped kitchen and such a cosy living and dining area. We met the gorgeous resident cat for a cuddle and chatted with the horses from afar. I wish we’d stayed longer.

Donald also thought ahead and saw that we were Australian and figured we would not be faring too well in the cold so set up the heating ahead of time to make sure the house was warm before we arrived! Overlooking Dingle Bay, the Palm Gardens offer direct access to a Blue Flag beach. A stunning home with a warm welcome from the owners Penn and Billy. The location couldn't be better and we loved exploring the gardens - a true paradise.

Mary and her son Robert couldn’t have been nicer people to deal with, ,great communication, so friendly , so accommodating and so helpful. The house itself is so central right in the heart of Killarney 3 minute walk from the Main Street yet no noise at night. The interior of the house is immaculate, spotlessly clean & spacious. The hosts had complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & biscuits with milk in the fridge and ice in the freezer on arrival. The beds were super comfortable and the showers had brilliant pressure. There is a gorgeous private outdoor seating space off the kitchen that we loved. We could not fault one thing about this property!

The property has mountain and garden views, and is 18 km from Skellig Experience Centre. Outdoor seating is also available at the villa. Very lovely host, he even baked for us some fresh scones and later some more, gave us a list of all the places we could visit, everything was perfect, the town was near there are shops and good places to eat, we ejoyed our stay and would love to come back again. :)
