Nestled in the picturesque coastal region of Port Stephens, NSW, our 8ha sanctuary offers a unique opportunity to connect with Australia's beloved koalas... We really loved the nature setting of the property. Stepping outside to such a beautiful space every morning was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and of course visiting the koalas was a special experience.

Located on One Mile Beach, Ingenia Holidays One Mile Beach boasts an outdoor pool and a tennis court. You can dine at the on-site restaurant, and children will enjoy a kids club and a playground. So close to the beach! Real family vibe around.. highly recommend

Ingenia Holidays Middle Rock is holiday park located in One Mile, Port Stephens. It features pools with plenty of poolside seating plus a heated plunge pool. Great location for where we needed and very clean.

We loved the resort especially for all the kids they had so much for them and it was ana amazing experience we booked 6 cabins for 6 different families and we all had a blast so much things to do from pools to bike riding to bowling to movie night and also the jumping for the kids

Located opposite Fingal Beach, Seaside Holiday Resort features a children's playground, BBQ facilities, and a picnic area. It offers a self-contained apartment with a private patio. Free WIFI. Very comfortable accommodation. Beautiful ground. EV charger was a real bonus.

Gateway Lifestyle Birubi Beach offers accommodation in Anna Bay. Newcastle is 32 km away. Nelson Bay is 9 km from Gateway Lifestyle Birubi Beach. Very family oriented and lovely staff. The cabins were a great holiday size with everything that was needed and located so close to the beach. Great holiday spot.

Boasting a lovely outdoor swimming pool, BBQ facilities and free parking, BIG4 Karuah Jetty Holiday Park sits directly next to the Karuah River. We have stayed here many times, in fact if visiting Newcastle or Sydney we make sure our return trip involves an overnight stop at this BIG4. We have never experienced any problems with any of the cabins we have stayed in. They have always been very clean and well equipped for our needs and stay. Would highly recommend this park.

Set on a quiet 4-acre property, The Retreat Port Stephens offers self-contained accommodation with free Wi-Fi, cooking facilities and a private patio with outdoor setting. Spacious, 2 bedroom bungalow, which was dog friendly which my dogs loved. Retreat is not too big so fairly quiet even during school holidays. Great facilties. Staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Close to sand dunes and Anna Bay shopping centre. Will defintely stay again.

Directly opposite Shoal Bay Beach in Port Stephens, Holiday Park offers self-contained accommodation with private patios. I had a wonderful stay at Shoal Bay Holiday Park! The tent was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable experience. Being close to nature, I stepped out of the tent at night and was greeted by a sky full of stars. Plus, having the convenience of parking my car right next to the tent was a great bonus. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.
