This was my first stay at a holiday park, and it went beyond my expectations. The staff were very friendly, and the cabin was clean and comfortable. I really liked the hot water, it got warm very quickly. I stayed for one week, and the reception staff kindly upgraded my accommodation and gave me a great cabin location, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Twizel Holiday Park is located within a 10-minute walk from restaurants, shops and a supermarket. The. Cottage was spacious and comfortable - more than adequate for our 1 night stay. Very nice linen on Master bed. Even though I did not meet the staff, the communication was excellent with clear instructions on after hours access.

Some units in the holiday park have private entrance and are fitted with wardrobe and outdoor furniture. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and slippers. All units include bed linen. I rang prior to our arrival to ask if it was possible to have access to a bathroom for my partner to get changed, this was well before our check in time and they cleaned our room early and had it available for us before 12 midday, very much appreciated, top service 👍👍
