Holiday Inn Hotels in Puerto Vallarta

For the second time in a row, this hotel had overbooked, and they whisked us down the street to Holiday Inn Suites, checked us in early, and treated us as if we had booked the upgraded lodging. I think everything else about HI is so well-known and universal that I don't need to elaborate.

The Holiday Inn Express was very clean and the staff was amazing! I do plan to return.

breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, The bed was comfortable, the room was great! That is why I always stay at Holiday Inn Express!

So I think this was a booking.com issue not a Holiday Inn issue but my booking was cancelled before arrival without me knowing as in the app it was stil saying booking active and confirmed… but the staff were very friendly and helped me through the issue - whilst I didn’t stay here as they had no rooms left available, they found other arrangements for me at no extra cost to myself and were very friendly and apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. The hotel looked clean, well designed and good location though.

My husband actually was upgraded to the Holiday Inn Suites down the road from the Express

We were transferred to another facility by shuttle from Holiday Inn Suites

We were booked for Holiday Inn Express but on arrival we were informed that our booking is moved to Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, though shuttle service was provided but after long travel from Canada, it was an irritation, breakfast and else was very good
