We loved the villa, it was perfectly located, easy to find and plenty of parking available. The owners were really kind and welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was spacious, it had every amenity, and everything was so clean. We also enjoyed our breakfast, that was prepared in the moment. Diana, and her parents, Barda and Brahos, were very heartful and hospitable people. We spent six days in their home, located in a quiet neighbourhood just outside the centre of Gjirokastra, with a stunning view over the mountains of the Drino Valley. There are many places to discover in the city as well as in its surroundings and Diana assisted us in every possible way to help us get around. We were also overjoyed by the traditional breakfast of Barda which was made from homegrown and local products. In the morning we would also sometimes drink a coffee together, or we would spent the evenings playing chess and having endless conversations. We truly felt we had becomepart of their family. If you are looking for an homestay experience, this will definitely be the right place to stay.

Great views and very friendly owner. Lovely tight windy drive to get to the property which adds to the experience. Very narrow streets. Don’t rely on Google Maps for the route as you will get to a dead end. The owner will suggest a main route
