Amazing hosts,very friendly,3 times they brought me tasty Armenian food to my room for free,made me warm living room,I recommend everybody to stay at this guest House when you visit Sevan lake.They also rent a bycle,they have bycle with name Ferrari,amazing. Really cosy rooms, extraordinary tasty meals and exciting stories. The place is a little far from the Sevan lake, but you can take a scenic walk in the mountains and find your way down to the water and it's really worth it. The hosts are kind and hospitable people doing immense work on supporting and restoring the local community and cultural traditions. I'll definitely consider Etiuni for future trips to Sevan.

Excellent Location in the City Center near all restaurants, and supermarkets. The house was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside. The owner was responsive and supportive. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom. It had all the essentials required for a short or long stay. On our special request, the owner and his wife decorated the house with a Christmas tree and other beautiful decorations. We had a lovely holiday in Tsaghkadzor, in such a cozy house.

Very nice owner. It is located in a quiet neigbourhood but close to centre of Diligan. There are plum and pear trees in the garden and you can gather fresh fruits every day .
