Joe is a wonderful host; he knows everything about the city and helped us arrange taxis and figure out great places to eat. The room is comfortable and the house has everything you need while on vacation. Joe is easy-going and helpful without being overbearing or nosy. A great location for exploring the New Forest, sitting just at the very edge of the national park, provides easy access within a short driving distance. The Hosts Shelly and Colin gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, making sure we had everything we needed and were very accommodating and all round lovely people, nothing being too much trouble. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with a relaxed and warm atmosphere. Fantastic value for money and we hope to come back again one day.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Only stayed 1 night, but I'd be happy to stay longer. I arrived late and a little drunk following a family funeral, but the owner had waited up for me and guided me to my room. Patience of a saint.

Cliffside was perfect. Great location, just an easy 10 minutes walk into the heart of Cowes. Dan was an excellent host, going out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The bedroom was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and views to the cottage garden and the Solent.

Very comfortable room - lots of powerpoints, TV, hot drinks and snacks. And I especially appreciated the little bottle of fresh milk for tea/coffee each day. Nice touches in the decor, little Buddhas in the potted plants in the bathroom summed up the care put into this accommodation.

Great location, right on top of the High Street really close to Beaulie Park. Lovely village. Very characterfull cottage, really low ceilings, beautiful. Lovely hosts, can't fault them. Needs a good deep clean, the stains on the carpets were --- and the place smelled really bad. Lumpy matress.
