My stay with Ika and Egi was one of the best experiences through all my travels in Indonesia. They created a beautiful place that looks like a dream and feels like home at the same time. We spent four days with them and we talked, we cooked, we signed, we laughed and we learned a lot. My heart is so full after being with them, I can only feel grateful to had the opportunity to find this place and experience it. All the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for me and my family. Riz, Illa, Onnie and Sukry are great hosts! Their motto is ‘come as a guest and leave as family’, this was definitely the case. The locals are lovely too! The food is amazing! Aunty Atty rocks! The property is fairly new which meant the amenities were excellent. Highly recommended, just book it.

If you want a real Lombok experience, come here. The accomodation is in front of a big rice terrace, the nature is beautiful there, you can see a lot of monkeys down in the walley. If the weather is clear you can see the cliffs of the beautiful rinjani mountain and the summit as well, at night the sky is amazing because there is no light pollution. Hermi, the owner of the place was one of our best host so far, everything we asked, he was there to help us. The staff was brilliant, Ameng cooks very well, usually he makes the food hot and spicy but you can ask them for the no chili version 🤪. If you want to discover the village, we recommend to ask Hermi for a local guide because they will take you trough unsigned path on the ricefields what you can’t see by your own. They will show you the black monkeis in the forest and the waterfalls of Tetebatu where you can swim also. We spent in fullmoon 4 nights and it was the best part of our Lombok 3 weeks adventure. We hope that we will meet again! Big thanks for ZAAAANI to showing this place because that s how we could book it!

This is the place I will dream about when I come back home. I was just so in love with my bamboo room, the atmosphere and the jungle vibes. Johnny’s place is just a bit off the road, tucked away in a green oasis. My room was very clean and had a balcony with river view, with just lush jungle greenery surrounding me. Below it there is a shower, but also the possibility to use the ‘jungle shower’ where you just find yourself showering (privately of course) in the midst of green. The food that is made by Johnny’s aunty is the best I’ve tasted on Lombok. Johnny and his family are very friendly people, they welcome you into their own little community and take the greatest care of you. Went on a day tour with Johnny and he showed us all of Tetebatu which was great also!

Amazing Experience! Stayed here as a solo traveller. On arrival, immediately warmly welcomed by the family and invited for a cup of coffee. 1 of the employees took me for a walk through the rice fields and waterfall. I even got to help collect the rice! On my return, I did a cooking workshop where we made delicious authentic Indonesian dishes. In the morning, you have an insane view from your bungalow of Mount Rinjani and get a delicious breakfast. Insanely nice family, super clean and tidy facilities and a top location. Highly recommended!
