We've spent an awesome time at this gorgeous place. One can enjoy the sunrise at the lake and the sunset at the beach is in only a few minutes walking distance reachable. It's a very peaceful place to relax. The owner and staff are very friendly and hospitable. We can highly recommend this accomodation.

What else can we say ? It was perfect... The room was amazing and Stains and his wife and daughter were so friendly... Very thoughtful in every detail. We felt like we were at home. The breakfast was excellent. Various and tasty. Thank you again for everything! The nearest beaches are 20 min walk away. The area is just so lovely to walk around.

Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and the service was amazing. Proactive follow ups and the hosts were genuinely caring. We checked in very late in the night but the hosts were very cooperative and stayed up late to welcome our family. They also woke up early in the morning to attend to our needs. Rooms were very big, clean and had all the necessary amenities. One small feedback would be to improve the WiFi and upgrade the plug points in the room for international guests. I wish Deepu and Anu all the best. I’m sure they will continue to do a bang up job in welcoming thousands of more guests in the coming future.

As soon as we arrived, we were treated like family. The family who owns Appu's is so friendly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was delicious, the room was spacious and very clean. The view of the sea from our room was beautiful. We can't wait to go back ❤️

Great homestay. Very nice, hospitable and welcoming hosts. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, airy and cool. The Keralan breakfasts were delicious. Lovely location across from the sea and 10 minutes walk to Kataddi beach. I booked for two nights and stayed for five and really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended.
