Ideal location. 10-minute walk to the Airport. Very cosy comfortable hotel. Good parking facility. Quiet neighborhood. The Owner Fahad is very courteous and trustworthy. The manager Tareeq is very helpful. Will stay there again. Highly recommend.

The owners are very polite and kind. I had some issues with the sewage in the toilet. The owners solved that immediately. They always picked me up and dropped me off at the shore without any complaints.

I liked Everything in that Home stay, this homestay is kind of good hotel and owner Javed Bhai most helpful, first time booked online hotel and lucky found Javed Bhai's The Vintage....... . Actually I went to another expensive hotel and service of the hotel zero now am thinking I should have booked my whole trip at Javed Bhai's The Vintage........ People those are booking hotels first time please don't hesitate book ticket at Javed Bhai's The Vintage.......

Our stay at Meet Mansion Homestay was absolutely fantastic, I can only talk in superlatives about our experience.  Meer Mansion is a nearly brand new building, constructed with high quality materials, everything sparkles inside, everything works, there is not a spot that isn't perfect. The hotel is kept impeccably clean. Our room was beautifully furnished, and had a large luxurious comfortable bed with great pillows. The marble bathroom had stylish modern fixtures, a good shower, and plenty of hot water. The location was ideal for us, immediately next to the magical - and for us very exotic - chikara boat harbour, which is the reason we came to Dal Lake. But what made our stay one of the best experiences ever is the efficient, kind, and helpful support of the charming young manager, Danish, who outpertformed himself to make us feel good. That made the difference between a good stay and an extraordinary one. He helped in too many ways to list, things like allowing us to check in early at 9 am, organize great boat rides, hire autorickshaws, advise us on how to avoid buying counterfits, give great sightseeing tips, and even ferry us on his own boat to the other side of the lake when we need it - all of that for absolutely free. It didn't feel like we were away from home, Faraz bhai (host) took good care of us like a family member and welcomed us with utmost warmth and hospitality. Rooms for the stay were neat and clean including the washroom, recommended for stay at Srinagar.

Mr. Bilal and his family offer a warm, friendly and authentic option for travellers in the RajBagh district. While the area has various shops, grocery stores and restaurants, the guesthouse is tucked away from the main road in a quiet residential area. We were very happy to walk around the city at our leisure to the old city (one hour) or Dal Lake (thirty minutes) and return to this sanctuary later on. The accommodation is new and very well maintained. You can see that this family takes great pride in their home and they treated us like family. The room itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, hot water was always available and extra blankets and hot water bottles were on hand to keep us warm. The dinner meals are home cooked, tasty and exceptional value, so we ate almost all of our meals exclusively at Sea Green. We had a good sampling of various veg and non-veg meals. Tea was also available throughout the day for a modest fee. Sea Green really hits the mark and was such a great experience that we extended our stay to over a week. Many thanks to Mr Bilal and his family for such a lovely stay!
