It was a great location, surrounded by nature and slightly outside of Anzradhapura. The breakfast and evening meal was 10 out of 10- the Hosts mother in law cooked and so far the best Food i had in Sri Lanka. The Host organised Tours for us and the Tuk tuk drivers were super friendly. I would definitely go back there. S very peaceful location to charge your Energie !!

The Water Front Home Stay was the first accommodation of our journey through Sri Lanka. Wasa picked us up at the airport and taught us a lot about his country, people and culture during the drive. He and his wife go above and beyond to provide a pleasant stay to their guests. We had breakfast and dinner at the home stay and both were very delicious. Wasa also organized great drivers/guides to both Mihintale and the Ancient City. He also went with us to see the Dambulla Cave Temple and dropped us off at our new lodging in Sigiriya. Ayubowan Wasa, we could not have imagined a better start of our trip! :)

Magnificient! There are no words that can describe this accomodation and owners! The room was clean, spacious and nice, terrace was sweet and we enjoyed sitting outside :) Food - we can only say that if we will ever come to Sri Lanka again, we will visit this place because of the food! It was the best dinner on our 9 day tour. We really enjoyed the dinner prepared by owners! Next morning - breakfast - another confirmation that we would like to come back, so delicious :) Owners are really friendly, they want to learn about our country and we spend nice time to talk and exchange experiences from both countries. We really recommend this place for stay more than 1 night, it is worth :)

5 stars for the hosts. The whole family is extremely nice and really make you feel at home. They can help you organise your trip if needed. The homestay is really well located, in the city center but on a very quiet back road, right in front of the lake. The room was basic but spacious and very clean. Very good value for the money. I would highly recommend!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we got a cold towel and some refreshment. They helped us with our request and we could also have dinner there. We wanted a taxi to the Wilpattu Park for the next day and they arranged it for us. They also helped us finding a guide for a city tour. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to them!
