Best and first choice in Rekawa!Amazing new property, spacious rooms, bathroom, cozy terrace with super comfortable furniture. Great pool with a bar, good restaurant. Very nice host and overall the team, big thank you to everyone for our stay. Not many F&B options in the area, swimming in the ocean is not an option. But what you can a get is a beauty of nature, tranquility and full relax.

We loved our time here! My brother and I stayed here for two nights. All of the food was amazing, we chose to eat dinner there as well. The hosts catch the fish themselves. Very clean and comfortable, and good wifi. The best thing was the host family. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They were able to help us arrange transportation to Udawala. We highly recommend staying here for an authentic and peaceful experience.

One of the best experiences in Sri lanka trip within 3 weeks. Amazing place, not only appartment but all Rekava. Definately one of the most underrated places in Sri lanka. If you are in doubts - you definately should go there. Peace, silence, nature, ocean, turtles, amazing people - this is Rekava. Lookout lodge is excelent accomodation - new house, all clean and comfy, perfect location near the beach and turtle watch center. Good restaurant nearby (reccomended by Chami). Excelent breakfast and peacefull conversations with owner. We felt like home there and all our wishes were fulfilled with smile. And - there is a pool now - we where the first users and it is great. Appriciated by our boys. Sorry that we booked just 2 nights there, would have liked to stay at least a couple more days. We had the best home stay experience! Amazing hospitality from the kindest and helpful hosts! We had everything we needed and they were there to answer all our questions, provide recommendations and make sure we feel comfortable. The room was sparkling clean and spotless! They took the best care of us and felt like a real and authentic local homestay! Highly highly recommend Sun Sea Guest home!

Nice new big room, with very comfortable huge bed. Amazing terasse with nice view to garden. Sitting here you can always hear sea waves from the beach which is 300 m walk distance. Restaurant offers very tasty food. I really recommend this place in case you look for quite stay.

AMAZING LOCATION, right in front of the beach The whole property was beautiful, like a little haven in the jungle with well built tree houses/ cabanas. Staff were attentive Our room was incredible with ocean views, sky views, bed was amazing!

The owners are so kind and accomodating. They go above and beyond what is required of them. Their little boy also very kind. Staying here feels like a home away from home. The room and bathroom were enormous for a solo traveller. They provided a mosquito net and a stand fan. It is the basics but also a lovely way to detach and recharge from the hustle and bustle of city life. I would highly recommend to stay here for a homely feel and to be surrounded by nature and your thoughts.

Saman was a great host and made our stay perfect. He took us to the beach at night and found a green turtle laying her eggs. We stayed until the turtle returned to the sea. It was such a special experience. Saman shared so much of his knowledge with us. Our breakfast was great and we loved eating helapa for the first time. It was delicious. Thanks Saman for looking after us so well.
