The hotel was speckle clean, exactly as described and worth every penny. The sea front, shops and everything was within a 100m radius. The best part was the hotel management team and they followed up even before we reached Malta to make sure we are comfortable and provided us all the help we need. Batch tub with massager was an extra added bonus and a clean breakfast helped to get us going! Highly recommended for anyone and for families! Thank you for going above and beyond for helping us out

This is a great place to spend a few days in, while in Malta. The rooms are beautifully designed, clean and equipped with all the facilities. The host is very nice, super helpful and quick to respond to messages. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sliema, yet tucked away on a quiet side street for peace and tranquility. Will definitely stay here over and over again!

The location was perfect. Tony and everybody we met at BOCO was a joy. It really is a special place. The breakfast sets you up for the day, the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you require and the roof terrace is a perfect way to end your day. A great great boutique hotel. If you are in the Three Cities or Valetta area, you will not find a better place to stay. We are so happy we stayed there. It made our stay in Malta very special. Thanks to Tony and his team at BOCO.

We loved everything. The breakfast was excellent. 🍐🍊🍌🥒🍅🧀🥪The bed was very comfortable and soft. The blanket was very warm. Everything was very clean. Comfortable and clean, excellent facilities. Super pool on the roof terrace, perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea view. A great natural sea pool across the road where local families gathered. The family running the hotel were exceptional and could’t do enough for us. Superb customer service. The perfect place to get away from everything and just relax

    There was no breakfast included. Location was good, but not quiet, because of frequent traffic in the street, and the fact that locals drive very noisy motorcycles and cars, and even like to drive the way that makes them more noisy
