We stayed here for 5 days, so it was perfect start to know the island, it is close for walking in NP Black Rivers Gordes, Le Morne and relax in Flic-en-Flac Beach, long beach with white sand a plenty of possibility for refereshment, by the evening close the restaurant, or you can cook in own kitchen. The owner were very helpfull and kind, all you can need is in the accomodation, you can used washmachine too.

We booked Residence Padma for the first few days and were so amazed by their service, cleanliness and location that we ended staying here during all holidays. There is plenty of space in the room, the room is equipped with a fridge, sink, some cups ect. beside having fully equipped shared kitchen. The pool is great to relax on a rainy day. The thing we liked the most is cleanliness of the rooms with daily change of towels, good mattresses and super fast wifi. At first the location didn't feel the best, but as our friends stayed at the beachfront, listening loud music from the cars all night long, we started to appreciate the quietness of the neighbourhood. It was definitely worth the money!

There are plenty of options to dine nearby and there is also a store (Jumbo Express), a clinic, etc. Vanessa is an exceptional host: kind, attentive, knowledgeable… She works hard to make this place a paradise!     Huge apartment, kitchen with all amenities, huge and not too soft bed. Really, really great host, who helps a lot with everything. Fantastic place to stay and explore Mauritius. Restaurants and bars are 5 min walk and beach is 7 min walk.
