Brand new and beautiful. A lot of thought went into the design. The high ceilings make the studios feel loft like and airy. Simplistic yet sophisticated. Loved the design and decoration. The owners were so responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this stunning property. Great place to stay before we had to catch our Ferry to Tioman.

It was an amazing experience! The rooms are very clean! The stay is realy good but the host makes it excellent. He is so nice and makes your stay as comfortable as possible. He wanted to bring us to the ferry and also picked us up from the bus station and didn't even charge us for it. When we wanted to tip the host, he refused to take the money because he said it wasn't about the money but about a good experience. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

It’s a new guesthouse where rooms are separate from the house. Bed was comfortable and the fan was all we needed. Breakfast was also included which was not expected but a nice touch. Lovely family and they also gave us a lift to the ferry

the place is very clean and quiet at night, I really enjoyed the bicycle provided, I could go to the town using it, and the owner drove me to the bus station in the early morning when I was leaving if I'm passing by Mersing in the future, I'll definitely stay again there.

Neighbourhood was silent and cosy. Eating places and shopping areas are just a few minutes drive away. Clean. With aircon in each room. TV don't have much chanel but we are fine with that

Huge apartment. Very comfortable and clean. In the centre of town but quiet. We found plenty of parking close by. The owners were very helpful with directions and advice for eating out
