I am very impressed with the female staff named Pik. She helps me with everything, sleep, problem solving, and finding solutions together. I lost my wallet she helped me with everything. The day I had an accident she took me to the hospital and paid for all the expenses. I think no hotel could be as good as this one.

    Amazing staff and Thomas was very helpful and friendly too. If you need to know anything just ask as he's a great host. Good location as it's very central, loads of places to eat and drink. It was very handy to have an alternative entrance at the back of the building.

    This place is on one of the best soi's in central Pattaya. soi pothole is the common name that the locals use It's spotlessly clean and has friendly staff. I had 2 weekend stays in a suit room while staying in Pratumnak for my 3 week holiday. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels replaced. If you're looking to stay in the heart of the night life I fully recommend this place.

    For the money and the quality of the suit room. Unbelievable value. In the middle of soi chaiyapoon or as most locals call it soi Potl hole. My room had a very good air con unit. The staff keeps everything very clean. If you're looking for good quality accommodation within walking distance of Lk Metro. Tree Town. Massage shops and bars on your doorstep then I recommend this place.
