Lovely place. Nice room, where is all you need. Tasty breakfast is also available. Really pleasant and helpful owner couple. They give you all the help! Definitely value for money.

We had a very warm welcome and felt home from the first moment on and extended our stay. The spirit of magic Thai hospitality can be felt on this place. It's a nice, quiet, peaceful place, surrounded by a green garden. The long sandy beach is 300m far. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Water, banana, coffee, tea and breakfast are included. A huge thanks to Dave and family for making the days so enjoyable.

Baan Mahasamut is a beautiful off-grid property located just 5 minutes from the beach in a backdrop of lush green fields and limestone karst mountains. The rooms are very clean, modern & beautifully appointed. Beautiful swimming pool and the perfect place to relax. The hosts are very helpful with organising transport, day trips and recommending local cafes & restaurants :)

Where do I start? I have had the most stress free, exciting, wonderful time in khao sam roi Rod, and my stay played a large part in that! The room: at Nice Home Stay, there are two mini houses to stay in, they have a shared garden, but a building separates them visibly for privacy, the houses themselves are immaculate, having only been built very recently, you have a regular sized fridge, air conditioning (with fan only option built in), a huuuge king sized bed (with the standard hard mattress you will commonly find across Thailand, which is much better for your back than a soft one), a kettle and an en suite with a hot shower. Noi will bring you 2 small bottles of water and more coffee and whitener daily Shampoo and conditioner is provided, with a lovely lemon scent, along with handsoaps. The garden: the garden is very well maintained, there is a washing machine outside that takes coins, there are private seats & table on each individual porch, with ashtray provided, there is also a communal seating area, should you want to hang out with your neighbours. The bicycles stored outside are free to use - which are great for exploring the local area with. Scooter rental: this was one of the things that really made me feel relaxed, the scooter rental was totally hassle free, while it was a tiny bit more expensive than other local places at 300baht a day (though it is peak season currently) it was well worth it for the peace of mind of not having to leave my passport. And as much as the local area is beautiful, you really do benefit from having your own transport to explore the many many amazing areas that Sam roi yod has to offer which are driving distance away! My scooter was in great condition and I was provided with a helmet.

Lovely place, lovely people. It's perfect resort to stay for night, two or more! Great beach is 1 minut from Resort You can find also a swimming pool :)

Nice private stay, friendly owner, you can check in yourself, AC is quiet, bed is comfy, you live in a little house by yourself, area is nice, there's space for parking
