We arrived in the dark so had almost no idea what we would see from the verandah of our bungalow in the, morning. What a beautiful sight it was, water buffalo and cows ambling past the lake just below our verandah. Our room was huge, air conditioned and very comfortable. The staff here are lovely, they cant do enough to help you in any thing you need.

The staff/ family were amazing and so friendly. Tu Tu had everything lined up for us from the bus into and out of Phong Nha, she arranged for us to be picked up after our bus ride to Phong Nha and also arranged for us to be taken to the bus station for our ride out, had so many selections of tours available, breakfast, dinner if we wanted. There were bicycles and scooters for rent at the homestay. Our room was spacious and so clean, it was everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Everything felt so homey, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything. The homestay is located a few minutes outside of town but all the tour- and transfer-busses stop there. Its s couple with 2 children running the place and they couldnt be nicer. They go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. You can book tours, scooter etc with them for reasonable prices. They also run a restaurant in town with great, cheap food. The homestay is very clean and the beds are the most comfortable ones I have slept in in Vietnam. The breakfast is really good as well and the wifi very fast and super stable. The shower is separated from the bathroom with a door which usually only happens in 4star hotels and above here.

The Hill Villas was a very comfortable stay! The host’s hospitality here is unmatched. He offered to pick us up in town on a few occasions and always had such a kind and friendly demeanor. He gave great suggestions for things to do as well! Very good value and highly recommend!

An (and his family) was a phenomenal host who genuinely wanted to spend time getting to know his guests. The family dinner was amazing (tons of delicious food) and the common area was a great place to relax and chat. I plan to return here one day because I really loved my time here and only spent a single night. Would recommend this to anyone looking to have a nice authentic experience with amazing warm hearted hosts.

Great place, friendly owner who helped me book tours before I arrived. Which was great, because I only had two days and arrived very early in the morning on the first day. I could check in when I arrived around 6 AM, got breakfast and a bed to sleep in before I went on my tour. The tours I booked through the hostel/homestay were great. The owner booked a bus ticket to Hoi An for me and took me to the bus station. Everything was organized so I could switch buses in Da Nang without problems. Much more convenient than if I had to book it myself, also the bus time was earlier than what I could find online, so I didn't arrive too late in Hoi An. You can also order dinner at the homestay, very convenient. Also arranged pickup for me when I arrived with the night train in Dong Hoi - this option was a bit pricey, but I checked and it was the same price as a regular taxi, so that's a reasonable price. All in all it was a good stay, the price for 2 nights was very reasonable. Would recommend.

    Dat and his family are such great hosts. They made sure we had everything we needed and were so attentive. The place itself is in a perfect location and you can rent scooters or book tours through Dat. It has a lovely courtyard, the rooms are comfy, and the highlight for us was the beautiful pool with the most amazing view. There weren’t many guests when we stayed so we had it to ourselves for hours, it was bliss! Definitely recommend this homestay 🙌

    An An Homestay was wonderful. An An and his wife were great hosts, we had a family dinner which was delicious. They were a great source of information for sights to see locally. There is a great area for hanging out and relaxing and it is set in a beautiful peaceful location in the race fields. I would stay here again :)

    Lovely host family- the view from the property is lovely, by the river so a nice place to walk/ cycle. Went on an amazing cave tour from this homestay . Bed was comfortable, and clean. The family collected and dropped us to our bus.
