Breakfast was excellent. A good range of restaurants available in town for our 3 night stay. Outstanding local walking, good birding, and excellent nature reserve on Montague Island. Highly recommended stay.

This house is absolutely beautiful. The living room offers a stunning view of the river and the jetty. The scenery is just as wonderful as the photos on Booking.com, if not even better. The rooms are tastefully decorated, blending a sense of history with modern touches. The lakeview bathroom comes with both underfloor heating and an electric heater, which was a nice touch. Our host Rhonda was exceptionally kind and attentive, sharing many stories about her family and the local community. If you have the chance, spend some time chatting with her. She’s fascinating. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back. Many thanks to our host for sharing her lovely home with us.
