Some units have a terrace and/or a balcony with garden views and outdoor furniture. At the guest house, all units are fitted with bed linen and towels. I was in room #4 (blue room with a balcony). The room was very clean, didn't smell like smoke at all, had a window that can be open for fresh air in the room, bathroom and balcony. The bed was super comfortable. Room has A/C, smart TV, wifi,.toiletries, extra towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, iron, hair fan.. everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Also, two water bottles, coffee, tea were provided as well. I am surprised the price was so low. Such a good value and right in the center. I would stay here again next time I am in Burgas.

We really appreciate cleaning lady, who was really cheerful and kind, our room was always clean. The girls at the bar were also very kind to us! The pool and garden were amazing! Near the hotel is big amount of shops and restaurants. Bus station is 3 minutes by foot, the beach is about 10. We will miss this place and Lori 😉❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

Nice that there is a shower with cabin. A balcony to look out over the Black Sea. A kitchen, a sitting area and a great bed. Wifi worked well and there is a parking space in front of the door. The accommodation is ideally located in the old center in a quiet corner. Had a delicious meal at the Neptun restaurant next to the accommodation with a view over the sea. The beach is a short 10-minute walk through the cozy center. Sozopol pleasantly surprised me.
