The accommodation offers a lift, a shared kitchen and luggage storage for guests. It was the second opportunity for me and my family stayed in Downtown app. everything was well. good and clean rooms. Showed us around the property and had some complimentary drinks/snacks at the apartment. Good sized bathroom, small apartment room but had everything we needed and enough space for us! Great location with amazing views too!

The free bus pass that also doubles as a discount pass for certain activities on the Interlaken/Thun area is also a great touch and makes travel by bus all the easier and at no extra cost. When doing activities mention the card to save some money before paying for the activity such as visiting Thun Castle. There was also a fan included within the room which made up for not having control over air conditioning or an overhead fan. The owner who's phone number can be accessed via WhatsApp is also very kind and responsive. She was wonderful!

The Bärengraben is within 50 km of the guest house. The property is non-smoking and is set 26 km from Giessbachfälle. We had a lovely experience here. Getting to the hotel was very easy, and the self check-in process was simple and clear. Free parking right next to the building was super convenient. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — only about 20 minutes from Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money.
