They helped me to set up ALL the activities while in La fortuna, as well as transport to other places. The room was super clean and quiet. Bathroom was neatly clean. Breakfast was delicious. You can see both the volcano and a bit of the lake below, since you are perched up on a hillside. The patio was so very cool as well: swings, hammock chair, tables constructed from shipping pallets. All very sweet looking. If we ever come back to the area we will DEFINTELY stay with her again.
