The view was beautiful - sheep and water on a sloping view from Bernadette's home. We enjoyed this from the patio in front of the home, Bernadette and her family were lovely and welcoming. The view was unmatched. Quiet and peaceful. But beyond all that, there were such thoughtful gestures like a welcome basket of snacks and the host’s sweet little dogs’ greeting when we arrived. Everything was so thoughtful, from the homemade cookies at the counter, to Mr Stuart walking us to our room, making sure we knew everything including how to use the Wi-Fi and shower, to the homemade breakfast in the morning it was just perfect. There was even a sewing kit in the room, a rag provided to wipe off dirty boots, and wine glasses to use in the sitting area downstairs. Parking was across the street and always had a spot available for us. The best place to stay in isle of skye.

I was travelling for business and being so close to the Skye bridge and having street lamps was very handy as I arrived late in the night time. The pub in town was wonderful too with good food and music. The suite was super comfy and very roomy. The host is very thoughtful and left out snacks and two drams of whiskey for us. She also recommended places to visit. If I could give it a higher score I would. Definitely stay here. It was very peaceful and serene.
