There was a lot to see and do on the doorstep which the host was happy to tell me about. I didn't require it but is great guests have access to a little kitchen where guests could cook, warm food, eat etc. Paid breakfast in the morning was great I highly recommend the place.

The manager was wonderful and even arrived minutes later to resolve an issue with an overhead light that would not turn off. The shower was great with lots of water pressure and soap provided. The location is right off the West Highlands Way trail which was so nice for the walk. It is right on the water which is just beautiful. It’s a short walk across the parking lot to the Clansman Pub and Restaurant. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The guest house features family rooms. We were just down for one evening as we were doing the Glasgow Kiltwalk early the next day. Our host Chloe was there on arrival to explain the room and if we needed anything else. We were even allowed to go back in the next day and have a shower and change after our Kiltwalk before driving home too, which was above and beyond so very much appreciated.
