The instructions to enter the room and inside the room was very clear. Room and bathroom was super clean! Very happy with my stay and will definitely stay here again if I go back to Derry. Excellent location, close to the wall, bogside and all other attractions.

The owners Loyd and JoAnn were very kind and helpful. It was a few min to downtown Coleraine. I would highly recommend this home. Its not a B&B but there is a restaurant just 5 min. away The Sizzlin Sausage with affordable prices and large portions. We needed nothing during our stay.
