The bathroom and shower were clean. The kitchen was clean too though I didn't use it. The code system for the doors was a little tricky and you would need to be careful you don't lock yourself out of your room. Overall I would recommend if you were planning to stay in the area. I am not sure how close it is to local amenities in terms of walking as I used a car and didn't explore the local area much.

A bicycle rental service is available at the homestay. The location was perfect. Quiet and tucked away, but perfectly located in close proximity to nearby Hope, Castleton and the beautiful Peak District. The accomodation was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The facilities were excellent, and the owner was friendly and available when required (but completely respected the privacy of the visitor).

Guests at the homestay will be able to enjoy activities in and around Great Longstone, like cycling. Welcoming as soon as we arrived. Helpful, friendly hosts who ensured we had a great visit. Loved the theme with Sheep on towels, bedding decorations etc. Location is excellent, in village of Great Longstone and 3 pubs. You can walk everywhere from here. Would highly recommend staying here either for relaxation or exploring the beautiful Peak District.

Very quiet and near to town the facilities were excellent. The bathroom was superb. Stacy was a very welcoming host. No complaints at all.

The interior design was lovely, it didn't feel like another room at the inn. Rooms are facing the main road and we could see the Peveril Castle out of the corner of the window. Teas, coffees and milk (in fridge) was adequate. Short walk to the shops.
