Located within the UNESCO-protected Plitvice Lakes National Park, in the picturesque Plitvica Selo, Plitvice Falls Cottage features air-conditioned rooms, free private parking and views of the surrounding countryside. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property. Our stay at Plitvice Falls Cottage was absolutely amazing! The hosts were true gems, offering helpful advice on walks and tips for visiting the park. The meals served on-site were delicious, and we loved the self-service setup for drinks, coffee, cake, and fresh fruit – a really nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect after a long day of walking, and soaking in the bath afterward felt like pure luxury. The courtyard and outdoor spaces were beautiful and peaceful. A must-try is the homemade cherry liqueur made by Dominic's grandma – it was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly highly recommend this place.

Nothing I say will be enough to describe this accommodation. After a couple of weeks of traveling, we booked 3 nights at Zrinka’s to rest before heading home. Based on other travelers’ reviews, we arrived with very high expectations — and yet, they were completely exceeded. It was simply perfect. We were welcomed in the afternoon by Barbara with a coffee and a delicious slice of cake. The room was large, spacious, and had a scent that invited rest — impossible to describe! The bed smelled wonderful without being overpowering, and so did the towels. Everything was extremely clean and cozy. There were also complimentary chocolates in the room, which we appreciated as a sweet treat before bed. The breakfast, as many have already said, was complete, delicious, homemade, and abundant, with options that changed every day. The hosts even prepare paper bags so you can pack a picnic to take to Plitvice Lakes. Barbara and Zrinka, we truly have no words to express our gratitude. Thank you for making us feel at home. We promise we’ll be back!

Pansion Danica is located in Rastovača, in the Plitvice Lakes National Park. This air-conditioned property features a garden, a furnished terrace and BBQ facilities. Free WiFi access is available throughout and there is free on-site parking for guests with a vehicle. We booked the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. It was very spacious with a lovely outlook across a grassy area where the pet goats wandered during the day. The room was exceptionally clean with a lovely bright decor. The beds were comfy. Parking was plentiful. It was great to leave the car at the property and it was only a short walk to Entrance 1 ready for a 7am entry to Plitvice National Park. It was definitely worth getting up early as we virtually had the park to ourselves before the buses started arriving around 9.30am Unfortunately we missed having breakfast but our evening meal was very tasty if a little expensive.

The Guesthouse Sara is located in Grabovac, about 6 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park. It features a spacious terrace.

It offers en-suite rooms with air-conditioning, satellite TV, private bathroom with shower, free Wi-fi and free on-site parking. Very nice, friendly and help host. Excellent value. Simple but we lacked nothing. Only 10 Minutes drive from the Plitvice lake reservation.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodation made from stone and wood. Free WiFi is available and free parking is provided. The apartments are excellent, the staff is very welcoming, check-in was quick and comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious. I highly recommend this place.

The Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1 is within 13 km of the guest house. The guest house features family rooms. We were greeted by the owner and she welcomed us to her beautiful farmhouse with some of her homemade treats, walked us through the building, gave us recommendations, and was overall super friendly. The price was amazing, the location is right near the Pljesevica lakes, and she even walked us through buying tickets. The view from the room with a private balcony shows you the mountains and farm, ample parking, clear signage, easy to find. Extremely clean, shower is well equipped with the hand wand and overhead rain. She even included shampoo packets. Fridge, coffee, tea, and water are all available in the hall. Easy checkout. The mattress and pillows were some of the best we had in the country. It's easy to see she's very proud of her establishment, and she should be 😃

The property has river and garden views, and is 19 km from Plitvice Lakes National Park - Entrance 1. Everything was perfekt. Clean, silent, and the owners were very kind. We will back in winter. Christmas will be very nice
