She met me on arrival and welcomed me to the beautiful and spotless bed and breakfast hotel. I was going to a funeral the next day and Helen organised all the taxis and even ironed my shirt and trousers on the day of the funeral. The irish breakfast used quality bacon, and sausages and tea was in abundance The room was so good I did a video to show my brother and we will definitely be staying again.

From the minute we arrived, with loads of cuddles from all the fur babies to many a cups of tea in the cosy kitchen in front of the aga. The King size bed was comfy and room tastefully decorated. The home was spotlessly clean. Cathy's home is just a short walk to all the beautiful sights of Kilkenny. Secure parking in the yard, was great.

There's a pretty large open air space for your car right in front of the place (you just need an app to pay, very easy). The room is cozy and warm. The staff is great! I travel a lot for work and pleasure, strongly recommend this :)

We loved being able to go down stairs to the pub after a long day of sight seeing in Kilkenny and not having to worry about driving or walking far to get back to our room. Great place to stay if staying in Kilkenny is not an option, only a short 10 minute drive.
