Beautiful hotel in a convenient but quiet location north of Zagora with beautiful bedrooms and possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! The beautiful gardens around the central pool are a real oasis of calm and relaxation. What a wonderful place to return to after adventuring in the area. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and incredibly generous! And the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Nureddin speaks several languages including excellent English. Local expeditions, activities and guides can be arranged through the hotel. Top recommendation!

Riad le Petit Jardin features a public bath, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Zagora. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The guest house offers a pool with a view, sauna and a 24-hour front desk. This place is gorgeous and the staff super friendly and funny. We didn't give it a 10 only because we found the price a bit on the high side compared to all the other places we stayed at during our 24 days road trip.

In some units there is a dressing room for guests to change in. This is a beautiful place quietly located a couple blocks from the main square. I really enjoyed watching the sunrise and enjoying a delightful breakfast from the rooftop balcony. This place radiates a warm and welcoming appeal and I found the bed very comfortable. Although I don't speak French or Darija, we were able to communicate effectively (partly with a translation app) and he was extremely hospitable and accommodating. I also found the area very nice to explore on foot and met many very friendly people around the city.

The guest house also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. This is a stunningly beautiful hotel in an equally stunningly beautiful location. The exceptional design of the building conveys a relaxed ambiance that also keeps the building cool throughout the midday heat. The staff is great as is the food. The balcony is a great place to watch the sunrise and have breakfast. The surrounding area from the mountains, farms, historical sites and villages gives great opportunities for hiking around. I would highly recommend this kasbah.

There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Very comfortable property, we felt warm and comfortable and well cared for. Mohammed Kadim took care of us like we have never been taken care of before.

The architecture is magnificent and the place is full of collectible artifacts made by local craftsmen. The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and with all the amenities. The breakfast and dinner are excellent with a lot of Moroccan dishes. Ismael, the owner greeted us very warmly. He has a deep knowledge of his country history and also gave us some good hints about what to visit in the area.

Featuring city views, Kasbah Maktob Tamnougalt in Agdz provides accommodation and a garden. The property was built in 1933 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The guest house features a restaurant serving African cuisine, as well as free WiFi throughout the property. Kasbah Maktob is enchanting, like staying in a comfortable museum full of Berber artifacts; one is surrounded by Amazigh culture. Also provided by wonderful host Mustapha, a sculptor and musician who will play and sing after supper on the traditional gimbri, the Moroccan bass. We stayed in the top room, the family room, spacious with an incredible view from its balcony out over the palm oasis. Kasbah Tamnougalt is my favourite in Morocco, and Kasbah Maktob sits within its ancient walls. Mustapha is also a fabulous cook, so meals were delicious. One of my favourite places to stay in Morocco -- don't miss Tamnougalt and the Agdz area. Beautiful.

Set in Agdz, 6 km from Tamnougalt Viewpoint, Dar Jnane - La Maison Du Jardin boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house has a terrace and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Free private parking is available on site. We enjoyed our stay at Dar Jnane a lot! Lahcen, Dominique and their team welcomed us very friendly and we spent the day in the beautiful garden and took a walk through the amazing palm grove that starts directly in front of the Dar. The dinner in the evening was also very delicious :)

The guest house provides parking on-site, a pool with a view and a 24-hour front desk. Absolute gem of a place off the main street through Zagora. Such a warm welcome with Moroccan tea and a lovely garden area with lots of seating and places to sit. We only stayed one night and Mohamed cooked us an amazing meal - soup, tagine and a lovely yogurt desert, all inside by the log fire as the temperature dropped at night. We were also very pleased with breakfast - a selection of pastries and bread, tea or coffee and yogurt. This was a perfect stay for us.
