The guest house features family rooms. To reiterate what I had read in some reviews for this place, this guesthouse is a hidden gem! My friend and I loved our room. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean. The shower had warm water, which is not always a given. The outdoor space has chairs and hammocks in the shade to hang out. EncantaLuna is away from the noisy center, and is still a short walk to reach "downtown" and the main beach. For the price you pay, EncantaLuna is a no-brainer. The owners, Erika and Luca, were really wonderful, easily reachable, communicative, and always willing to help and give recommendations. They have a wiener dog, Marvin, who is also adorable. :) Would definitely stay there again!

The staff(family) were so friendly and hospitable. My two young boys loved it there and didn’t want to leave. The communal kitchen is clean and has everything you need to make your own food. We loved it there so much we booked another night later in our trip.

And the shared space with swimming pool is a great addition! The host gave us some nice advice as it was our first day in Mexico. We’re coming back here when we have our flight back home.

Horacio is a perfect host, always friendly and helping you with everyhing you needed. And Boris the dog is lovely. I also really liked the possibility to take one of the kayaks of the Hotelito to explore the lake. So easy and without any costs.
