Fantastic place to stay. The apartment was very comfortable and beautiful. The building is located a top place with a sea view. One can enjoy the swimming pool as well. Lot of eating places near the apartment. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Kota Kinabalu

The room is spacious, every facility is well prepared. Although ironing is sharing but it is considerate for a homestay. The balcony is large and chilling, if staying with friends, we will be able to fully utilise the balcony as the balcony links all room together.

ムルにあるAA Homestayは、シーティングエリア付きのユニットを提供しています。 スタッフ：とても親切で暖かく出迎えてくれました。 立地：公園入り口から徒歩5分、空港から徒歩10分と、とてもアクセスが良かったです。 設備：電気は24時間使えます。部屋には扇風機がありましたが、私が訪問した4月末ごろの夜は扇風機が無くても過ごせる気温でした。シャワーの水量は十分で水捌けもいいです。お湯は利用できませんが、気温が暖かいためさほど気になりませんでした。部屋とバスルームは清潔に保たれていました。 ホームステイを利用するのは初めてでしたが、予想していた以上に快適に過ごすことができました。 洗濯物を干して出かけると、帰ってきた頃には乾いていましたし、ハンガーから洗濯物が落ちないようにクリップで留めてくれていたのでホストの気遣いを感じました。 公園のアクティビティに参加する際にランチを持参する必要があったのですが、ホストに尋ねたところランチも作ってくれたので助かりました。（公園のカフェでランチをお願いする場合、とても早い時間帯に行く必要があります。）もちろん食事も美味しいですし、ビールはとても冷えていました！

庭の景色を望むMulu D cave homestayはムルにある宿泊施設で、共用ラウンジとレストランを提供しています。 ダイニングエリアとキッチン（冷蔵庫、コンロ付）もあります。 雨季、ノンエアコンの部屋に泊まりましたが風通しが良く快適に過ごせました（個人差はあると思います）。蚊が部屋に入ることはありませんでした。なお、ほかの無害な虫やヤモリは部屋に入ってきますので、苦手な方はマリオットに宿泊してください。夜はとても静かで、蛙の鳴き声を聞きながら眠るのはとても心地が良く、40年前にタイムスリップしたようでした。猫と鶏もいて癒されます。オーナーのDinaはとてもフレンドリーで気軽に話しかけてくれ、宿泊者同志での会話のきっかけも作ってくれます。希望すれば一緒にカラオケをすることもできます！

We had a wonderful stay at Seladah Homestay. The property consists of two combined houses, making it quite spacious with a total of eight rooms (two rooms downstairs and the rest upstairs). It features an RFID door lock system and an automatic gate with a remote, so there’s no need to use a traditional key. We arrived late at night, but self-check-in was convenient, allowing us to settle in without waiting for the owner. The homestay also offers high-speed Wi-Fi, estimated at around 500 Mbps. Since all guests live under the same roof, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your housemates. Our rooms, located upstairs, were designed for two people and came with private bathrooms, which was very convenient. The living room has TVs available for use, and a washing machine is beneath the staircase. The parking area accommodates about three cars inside the compound and two additional cars outside. The owner was also very responsive to my inquiries. Thank you very much for a great experience! I will definitely return for my next stay. :)

Clean, quiet, nice facilities like good showers air-conditioning. You can do your laundry/have access to water and there is complimentary coffee/tea in the room. The host was helpful pointing out how to get around and local sights. He very kindly provided little takeaway snack in the morning while we stayed which were great on our places. It was a great base for our travels in Sarawak.

Located in Damai, Nanga Damai Homestay features a garden and terrace. Among the various facilities of this property are a shared lounge and a bar. Very nice private guesthouse, which is surrounded by nature. A small waterfall splashes next to the house and if you are lucky, you can watch monkeys, which either jump from tree to tree or steal fruit in the garden of the house and have a good time. The room was very nice and you have a great view. The hosts and the staff are really friendly and you can just feel good. I was driven to dinner or to the beach and really enjoyed great service.
