Kids are so happy with the snacks and drinks provided in the room. There's also a very nice dining area on the 3rd floor. Everything is excellent. The friendly front desk lady rode me to the dalin night market 😋😋😋 I liked the retro, vintage design and modern experience of this guesthouse. Like entering into a Taiwanese drama studio setting. Time travel machine back into the 60s.

The son helped us carry our luggages to the 2nd floor. The place has no elevator. Our room is huge with all the basic amenities. It's got a great view from the patio. On clear days one can view the sun rise there. Breakfast was delicious and healthy. It's about a 10 min drive from the Tai Ping sky ladder. There are no resturants close by, so grab your bento from the Tai Ping old street. Highly recommended.

The host was the most amazing guy we have met on our trip, super lovely and kind! He stayed late to make sure we could check in and showed us everything despite us arriving really late. The room was fantastic as well, and there was lots to do. Would 100% come here again 💖

If you are looking for something other than yet another beige hotel room and continental breakfast buffet, this is definitely the place for you. Be careful, though - Taiwanese people take their food very seriously, and so do the owners! Breakfast here resembles what we in Europe would consider a two-course dinner. And it’s exquisite. In short: peaceful, relaxing, and unforgettable.
