The location is on an alley, but it's very safe. Thanks to the wonderful Lisa, who helped us get from Hue to Hanoi, and was very kind to us throughout our stay.

No request was too much to ask e.g when we required breakfast to be severed half an hour earlier than their usual schedule. After departure, when I realised I left my sunglasses at their homestay they instantly express posted them to the hotel we stayed next. The sunnies arrived after 24 hours. This homestay is truly a little gem. The interior is gorgeous, it’s super clean and located outside of the buzzing city Hue close to a local market and local eateries. If you love to explore the real local life and atmosphere of Hue it’s the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were exceptionally accommodating, communicative and helpful. Breakfast was super tasty! The room was super comfortable and well equipped. Shiba the cat deserves a mention! A delightfully expressive cat! (Not going to lie - seeing that Glory had a cat was a big part of why we booked!)

They kindly informed me about those concerns and offered me to stay at their other Homestay, Lemi Homestay, for the same price. It was just beside MiLa so I was okay with it and the room was great. I like how they communicated early and gave me a change of room too instead of cancelling. Great location just near walking street and lots of food options nearby. Thank you.
