I liked everything,right from the location,close to lake luzerne right infront of it,then the receptionist was helpful and welcoming,the place was clean,the rooms were great! I loveedd my stay!so worth it

Very beautiful hotel and very friendly staff!)

This modern hostel is situated in Lucerne, 2 km away from the train station and the city centre. It offers a cosy lounge with TV and a library with reading corner.

The hostel is amazing! One of the best that I’ve ever been. The staff was very friendly, in special Carlos, who served us dinner late in the night because there wasn’t anything open. The room is simple but comfortable and clean. The toilets and showers were clean and organised. The breakfast was amazing!!

Just a 2-minute walk from the shore of Lake Zug and 1 km from Zug Train Station, Youth Hostel Zug offers WiFi access in public areas.

I liked the attitude of the staff. it was raining and I was tired from the road, tea could only be taken at dinner, which was over, but the man at the reception offered me free tea. that was very kind of him! Thank you very much, it warmed me up! This is the third time I have stayed in this hostel and, as always, everything is impeccable! magical mattress, cozy bedding, cleanliness!
