The staff is extremely helpful and our trip to Costa Rica started well thanks to them. The house is great, the kitchen is well organised, the bathroom is efficient. They offer a very friendly and affordable airport transfer, we highly recommand to take advantage of it especially since taxi drivers in San José airport are not reliable and rarely offer a fair rate.

This is one of the nicest hostels I stayed in Costa Rica wish I would've stayed here when I arrived,the staff is nice,the hostel is clean it even has towels and soap in the bathroom,it's close to the airport

I had a very good stay at Gaudys, first of all I enjoyed the big room with large bathroom, ful of light inside the room, strong wifi. The neighborhood its very save, few blocks 2 big supermarkets and the Park Sabana. If you want to go yo city center its 20 min walking distance. I didnt mentioned about the delicious breakfast offered în The room price.

Best hostel i have ever been to! You can see the love and care in every details. You get towel also, which is not common in hostels. The bed is extra comfortable But not too long(i am 170cm), kitchen is a Dream, and the other shared spaces too. I guess Wilson is the owners right hand. He was very nice and wellcomeing.Helped in everything. I felt Home for a short time far away from my Home…

I liked the most how the lady (forgot her name) helped me book taxi early in the morning. She was even awake at 4 am to make sure that taxi is there. Its really close to the airport, but you need to book transportation bc of traffic you cant really walk till airport

This is the place, when you got back from wherever you where before in Costa Rica to just calm down and have a very good night sleep. The beds are comfy, the rooms, showers, toilets are clean (btw the soap in the toilets smells amazing). The area surrounding is barrio escalante, there you can stroll around, enjoy a really good Coffee (cafeoteca is beyond), have great food and Just enjoy your stay in San jose.
