This is an amazing hostel to start your Galapagos trip. We had nothing booked in advance and Sylvia helped us with taxis, tours, a ferry to Isabela on a comfortable boat, and even a tour on another island! We probably wouldn't have been able to see as much of the island without Sylvia, and also Marcelo's fun tour of the highlands. Other than that the rooms are very nice, strong AC, showers are hot, great restaurants nearby, a big kitchen and plenty of drinking water. 15 minute walk to the docks or a $1.5 taxi ride

The owner is incredibly nice and helpful, even with very basic English skills she makes everything work. She takes care of you and any requests you might have. The tour and taxi she organised was very good and cheap as well. The hotel is nicely located with like 5 minutes to the sea and 10 minutes to Darwin center (no need to go there). The air conditioning works, the water pressure is okay (it's excellent in some rooms), the whole hotel is clean - so I can recommend Oceans Dreams absolutely and without any doubts. I can't emphasize enough how likeable and nice and heartwarming the owner is. Being there didn't feel like business but more like family.

The room was simple but clean and had a comfortable bed. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly and gave me a very warm welcome. Even breakfast was included which I hadn’t expected. I had a very pleasant stay!

-Booked a room for 1. and got huge 3 Bed room -Refrigerator in the room very practical ( you wanna have ot for drinks, restaurant take out. Leftovers etc. because its in General very expensive there ) -very clean -comfy bed -felt very safe -great balue ffor money -no bugs -perfect location, just by ferry port and main street but not a “first row” so also quiet -very nice ( but not english speaking ) Staff

We recommended this family place for everyone’s who will go to Galápagos. Rooms are just renovated and and clean. Bed is big with many type of pillows. Breakfast was everyday different and tasty. Whole owner family were very helpful and friendly. I will stay there again 200% when I will back to Galápagos!!!

Starlink is a life saver. The kitchen is also very well equipped and is kept clean. Plenty of storage (even with lockers!) for the food. It's also conveniently located next to a fresh market. Room is huge and comes a closet with its own locker as well.

Everything! There's not even one thing I could complain about it! Very clean place, the towels are get changed everyday. Kitchen is clean and you have a water refill station and even one with hot water which I do like as you don't have to boil the water first for tea! Offers tours as well, airport shuttle available, more expensive than the bus, but a lot cheaper than a usual taxi! Hammocks to hang out and meet other people. Location is right in the middle of everywhere! Definitely my favorite hostel on the Galapagos and highly recommended!
