Room and common area are spacious with too many travelers. Staff work at reception is very friendly and helpful! It’s clean and calm. Location is not in the city center but it doesn’t matter, you can reach there by bus. Its location brings quietness. One of the best hostel I’ve had ever!

This Hostel is situated right in the old part of the city, from there you can reach almost everything on foot. The kitchen and common room are super cozy and make you feel like you are at home. I was traveling alone but you can make new friends very easily here. The rooms and the bathroom is clean. The staff is super kind. I had some problems and they helped me without hesitation, which can Not be taken for granted. If I ever Return to Bilbao I will go back to this Hostel!
