I checked in at nearly 11pm and the staff is still ready for support and provide a very clear and useful introduction of the hostel service and facility. Also the room is clear and the dry machine is very powerful. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Santiago next time.

The room was clean and cute had coffee and little fridge. Loved the location shops are very handy - short walk to cathedral. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe. Good communication and easy to follow instructions. I really enjoyed my stay here.
