Staff were exceptional, especially as there was an issue we had with our stay, it was quickly resolved and they were at all times friendly, professional and accommodating. The room itself was nice and bright, modern and roomy. Location was perfectly situated for those that want to explore the city by foot and the many local beaches by bus. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Fresh and ripe fruit, and a nice selection of Spanish breakfast items.

This is the best hostel I have ever stayed in. There are people cleaning every day. I have lived in Japan and I can say that the cleanliness is not inferior to a Japanese hotel. Alice at the reception will give you the best service and you can ask her any questions you may have. I will choose this place again next time！

Our stay was delightful! The room was cosy and beautifully decorated to capture the holiday spirit. Additionally, we loved the charming balcony, which was perfect for relaxing and soaking in the breeze and the view. The lighting in the room was outstanding, creating a warm and serene ambience. Moreover, the shared bathroom was immaculate and modern, with daily cleaning that made it feel brand new every day. The common area on the ground floor was incredibly comfortable and inviting, with its creamy-coloured furniture adding to the overall charm. Everything felt just right! We enjoyed every moment of our stay and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

My second time at this hostel! Great location, easy to reach in 15-20'' walk from the bus station of Ciudadella. Rooms are now equipped with air-conditioning, as two years ago this was missing. Breakfast is also quite improved! Surely I would come again!
