The staff was very kind, young people who were open and very much welcoming the people. By their manner of speaking and interacting, I felt very welcomed. Aside from that the facilities exceeded my expectations: their kitchen and appliances were open to use, they had multiple bathrooms, and so on. Though I couldn't participate in their organised activities, it was fun that they offered it.

It was in very good location, near underground’s and buses also near a Santander cycle station. It was very clean, had a plentiful breakfast, secure, and offer a lot of privacy with the curtains in the dorm.

The hostel was amazing. Our stay was great, the location is more than excellent(only a 5 minutes walk to Oxford street and Soho), the staff was really helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay in YHA when I visit London again.
