The staff are incredible. I checked in in the early morning and it was fast smooth. And on my last day my shuttle was very delayed. The staff at the reception desk helped me communicate with the travel agency. They also manage to keep the common space spotless. The mattress is A++.

The most comfortable bed I had in all of Guatemala. It was the best night rest I had. The room was clean and breakfast was also the best I had in all of Guatemala. The staff is amazingly friendly and awesome. I only stayed one night and regret not staying longer.

My experience at Hostel Bloom has been outstanding, beyond my expectations. Customer service is excellent : Before I arrived, they answer all my questions and provided suggestions for things to do in town, help me arrange transportation to the hostel and helped me booking my hike to Acatenango. Once I arrived, everyone has been sweet, attentive and welcoming. The beds comfortable, the facilities clean and all well organized. The rooftop and garden are cozy. Breakfast was provided every morning, coffee is delicious and well priced. They have a small menu for food items and drinks. Everything I needed for my stay. A local guide for a walking tour, laundry services, storage unit. They are walking distance to the main sights and shops. I will come back.
