The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

Very close to the duomo, also really close to the train station which is very helpful if you’ll be arriving or leaving via train The room was really good , the AC was tricky at first we didn’t know how to tuen it but the receptionist was very helpful.
