Clean bed and room , the shared bathroom for girls was also clean, good smell. The location is just close to Zatere bus Boat station . 5 min walk and the area was safe, beautiful view from my room . Calm my sleep was quiet . Easy to visit all venise by boat ln front San Marco

The location is great 👍 The staff is very nice and kind ☺️ Everything is very clean, free tea and coffee, also there is a luggage room.

Superb locally - a few meters from the canal. Clean bathroom with good linen and servised every day. Friendly and efficient breakfast staff. Good breakfast with wide choices. Secure parking on the premises a real bonus.
