Very sweet woman working here and speaking with all the costumers, very friendly ambience, it's an easy place to make friends in the shared tatami space. I really enjoyed my stay, it's close to the station, multiple bus stops and in the city center. The place is very tidy, confortable and nice warm shower with towels and shampoo provided. Everyone is respectful and I could also take an afternoon nap in confortable warm bed. There's a nice clean kitchen you can use and fridge yo put your food. Thank you!

It's very clean and pretty, a lot of space between bed and It's not shaking when someone is up on 2nd bed, really good bathroom with hairdryer as well. At the lobby are kitchen and caffeine. Personal are friendly and speaks English. The location of the hostel is also great, the bus and train stops near, but if you like to walk it's also pretty close to the Kyoto Castle and Gion Street. I highly recommend this hostel. 👌
