Staff, under the guidance of the owner, William, was always on top of everything! A/C out? William was on the phone to the mechanic. Anything and everything relating to the guesthouse was overseen and handled efficiently. We had a four night stay and ate exclusively at the hotel. You will be hard pressed to find larger meals in Cambodia and everything was cooked to near perfection. Truly enjoyed our stay, William, and if we do anymore getaways to Kampot, you know where we will be staying! Side note: William, as some of you may know from the reviews, lived in Alaska. So did the wife some years ago and I and imagine our surprise on finding out that he knew my ex-boss! Gives new meaning to "It's a small world". LOL

- very good hospitality, hotel like feel - nice swimming pool and many games in the common area - friendly and helpful staff - bathroom and hallway cleaned everyday - about the same price as other hostels, but much better treatment - comfortable bed with good curtains and a light point with small shelf - provides towel for a deposit - good location, nearby to everything in town

Karma traders is a fantastic choice in Kampot. The staff are friendly, Rath at reception was super helpful with bike renting and recommendations. Facilities are clean. Great food and plenty of alcohol to choose from😉 and always something happening in the evenings. 100% would recommend!

Perfect location, right on the river. The room was very clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the balcony and the peaceful surroundings.

Great common areas and pool with good music. Easy to meet people and socialise. Staff were great! Very friendly and more than happy to help with anything, remembered your name from the first meeting. Easy motorbike rental and on site laundry for a good price. Could book tours and transport. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, curtains on the bed and great working air con. Would definitely stay again!

Great location with beautiful scenery, next to the waterfall Veal Pouch that streams from Bokor mountain it’s great if you’re looking to reconnect with nature. Staff is very welcoming and helpful, the owner is attentive to his guest needs and a wonderful person to have a chat with. The location offers multiple activities, there is the waterfall, a zip line, hiking spots and relaxing locations all around the complex you are also not far from the town center. The restaurant offers western and local food options and it was good. My whole experience was a highlight itself, I felt welcomed and at home. I want to thank the staff and the owner for making this experience memorable and hope to be back soon.
