Everything was well organized with a professional, paid staff working 24/7. They cheerfully provided knowledgeable response when direction or information on activities was requested. Plentiful quite hot shower water. All staff were friendly, not just ones normally dealing with guests. Access was well controlled with good security. Location a block or two from the Zocolo was excellent. A convenient and secure storeroom allowed us to leave luggage while waiting for a flight and we could hang around common areas after checking our of our room.

Absolutely great location. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and the rooms are comfortable, with each bed having a locker and privacy curtain. The hostel has a relaxed vibe and you can meet people but it's also a great place to rest after exploring CDMX. I stayed over a week here and thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. It’s very central. The whole staff was very forthcoming and always tried to help, even the few that didn’t speak English and they were very patient with my poor Spanish skills :D. Once I told them that the board on top of my locker wasn’t really screwed on, they immediately organized a craftsman and within one hour the work was already done.

Hostel is on a great location in the Historic center, few minutes away from Zocalo. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, communal bathrooms were cleaned regularly. We had breakfast included, it was a main Mexican dish different every day and there was cereals, watermelons, bananas, coffe and tea every day. Hostel also has a bar/restaurant so you can get something for lunch, dinner or just have a drink with your friends. There is a roof top bar which is cool. Every day they had something going in the hostel which was nice. People working there were amazing, very friendly and helpful, from reception to the kitchen and the bar. Special thank you for lovely Nicole who was very kind and had great English, and special thanks to our night worker, I forgot his name, but he would be up all night at the reception if somebody wants to go out or come inside. All in all, me and my friends had a great time there, we had everything we needed!
