Friendly staff, activities for guests like pub crawl, guided tours and free sangria each evening. The hostel is clean and spacious, they have quite a large common area, computers you can use, all bunk beds come with their own power socket, usb charger and two different lights. Security is good with key cards to unlock doors and lockers and they have free luggage storage.. Also the 24 hour reception is great.
