This place is for those who love peace and quiet. There are no loud parties or loud music. But there is a wonderful breakfast, wonderful staff who are ready to help you. Cozy rooms, nice showers. The rooms are cleaned every day. At your request, they can change your towel at any time. Very good breakfasts: omelette, pancakes, fruits. In the room you also have a balcony to dry your swimming stuff.

I spent three days in this beautiful place surrounded by mountains in the lush green nature! It's remote from city and that's it's previledge! There's great swimming pool and restaurant with good food! Staff was very helpful, they even picked me up from bus stop and dropped me off on day on my departure!! If I come again to Cat Ba I'll stay here for sure!! Thank you for everything!!

I liked the atmosphere of Cat ba hostel. It was in the centre and close to everything. The bed was super comfortable and spacious. The restaurant on the bottom floor was very good quality and I loved the free breakfast. It was very taste. The highlight for me was the attitude of the staff and employees, so friendly and caring. Very easy to sort any trips etc. I would also like to note an act of kindness by one of the staff members called Vu. I mistakenly left my clean laundry at the hostel and only realised when I was back in Hanoi. Vu had the laundry dropped down to a bus station where I collected it in Hanoi. A powerful act of kindness. Thanks Vu. Would 100% recommended This hostel.

We stayed in a delux room with a balcony. Beautiful view. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant has delicious meals. The breakfast was good. Cat Ba beach no 3 is about a 5 min walk and lovely to swim in.
